I shopped here for the first time. The staff is was really helpful and knew their product well. I was looking for a karaoke system and music. They sampled the machines for and me and even let me listen to music samples. This is a good place for karaoke stuff

I have shopped at this karaoke store for a long time - 6 years. I have purchased many CDs and a DJ system. I found that they are very internet price competitive. They are very knowledgeable with their product and they have good services.

I went to their store for a karaoke mixer model vocopro da-2200pro. The store price is on special from $299 to $254 or in $250 something, which is much more expensive than their website price ($209). When I told the gentleman that their website price is different than this price. He was kind of supprised and went to check from his computer. After very long time, I asked "have you find it?". He said yes and then paused for another minute. Finally he said, website purchase will require shipping charge which will be 50 something. When I got home and I checked their website again and even the next day air will just $42. Although he offered me a price for $225, I decided to back out from their store. I like to do business with those honest people.
