after so many years going to bmw of dallas, i thought good service was a bmw standard. ....not at this dealership. the three times I have been here, I have encountered not so friendly service. I asked for a part to be overnighted and five days later it finally came, I had to call everyday, and when it arrived they didn't notify me or apologize for the delay. well, it looks like I will drive farther from now on to keep getting the friendly service at the Dallas location.

I have been a long time customer of this dealership - but they treated me poorly anyway. They didn't honor their warranty and made me pay alot of extra money for something they should have repaired for free. I feel cheated by them and got the impression from the service writer that they could care less whether I was cheated or not. Just my opinion.

I have brought my car in for general maintenance work to this particular showroom on a couple occasions. My sincere suggestion to anyone who is considering this location for any work/business is "Save yourself time and frustration, and go someplace else". The employees work here as if they're doing you a favor. The least they could do is be courteous. Although my car, 2006 M Roadster, is still in warranty, they do make an honest attempt to lie to you (talk about irony) and suggest unneeded work, not included in maintenance be carried out, so they can charge you for parts and labor.I have no faith in their service. I would give them a 0 (Zero) rating if it were possible.
