I use this car wash often at 8804 Ohio Dr. Plano, Tx. Recently I noticed a small part of my front grille was missing. I thought the only place it may have come off was the car wash. Lucky for me they had the part stored in their parts room. I appreciate Nancy checking for me and cleaning it off. They are very professional and do a really good job of cleaning the exterior and interior of your vehicle. They have a customer forever. Thanks for keeping my part, I will have the VW dealer put the part on so it does not come off in the future. Thank you Nancy for your assistance.

This car wash has caused hundreds of dollars in damage and of course will not take blame for it. Paid for an interior cleaning that comes with a free wash and hand dry. Going thru the wash the first time, the machines stopped working and laid there lifelessly while they hit the car. The one that typically spins was just hanging in front of the car and hit it and rolled off the roof where I'm assuming the gashes that appeared on the roof of my car happened. We saw the scratches right after we left when we stopped to get gas and went back and of course got the run around.. Apparently none of their machines have metal that can scratch your car only cloth. So you tell me what holds that cloth.. Metal and when it's not spinning the metal can hit your car, unlike what they are claiming. Another possibility: one of their rags was dropped and had rocks or dirt on it but no, that can't be true because their employees are "trained" not to allow that to happen... So my dog is trained not to pee in the house but she makes mistakes. Basically the manager on duty is never able to help you with anything if there's a problem and you have to call the gm which is out of state. If I were you, with their reputation of frequently broken machines, I would stay away!

Don't trust what the sales person tells you. At the end of the work you will realize that you didn't get what they told you was included in your package. When you ask them, the manger will tell you that it was not. Then she will apologize and tell you that she is not the one who told you that it was included and "you got what you paid for." In my case, I saw a lady protesting that she didn't get what she was told. I asked the sales person to make sure that the buffing was included. He assured me that it was. I guess it's okay to lie to customers to get them in the door at Carwash USA!!!!

DON'T GO THERE AT ALL THE SUPERVISOR IS A JERK AND RUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

the car wash itself was not that bad but did not get everything off. Also the manager was super rude to me, even though he gave me a refund because they could not get something off my car, his attitude did not want me to come back. will never go back there again.

Do not get your inspection here. I repeat do not get your inspection here. They find anything to not pass it then take your money. Brakes, tires, etc. I have an 09 and he said My parking brake wasn't working properly. So i took it to brakes plus next door. They said it wss just fine. Took it back told him what they said. Still no go. I guess the brake experts don't know what they are talking about.So i went somewhere else paid another $40. And it passed. Manager was very rude and disrespectful. Don't do it.

As Jacob pointed out in his post they could care less about any damage caused by their equipment. Just took my new car there for a quick wash while running errands and they scratched through the clear coat and the paint (in 2 spots). The damage is exactly the same on both sides of the vehicle and obviously caused by their machine.



Spoke to a Karen Luna who regards herself as the manager but cannot make any decisions regarding her business and states I need to talk to a Mr. Kim in Atlanta. Well it's in the attorneys hands now...



Oh and the wash was terrible.



Consider yourself warned and avoid this place like the plague!

This carwash is getting old and failing to maintain their equipment! The wheel pulley, (which pushes your car) broke exposing a metal rod with jagged pieces that took a large chunk of my tire tread with it. My tire looks like I had a big bite taken out of it. The manager said that they were not responsible for the damage. I had to call AAA to come and change the tire because USA carwash said they would not do it.



I called back the next day to hopefully speak with an owner or a different manager and they said they had no record of any damage on any car yesterday. So I guess I am back to square one.



I am considering if it is worth trying to get my money back via small claims court. Pray nothing goes wrong!!!

Love this carwash-you can get a basic roll through wash for $5... For this one, all yuo have to do is drive around and up the ramp; someone will come to your window and set up your service. You pay right before you go through. I've never been there when it's busy, so I've just been able to pay and get the wash. You stay in your car while you go through the wash, which is kind of relaxing. I turn my music up and just chill for the few minutes. The basic gets the car clean and dry and it's enough for my purposes. Be careful when you exit, you're getting right on to busy Ohio/121.

I stopped by this after noon for full detail. They did really good job for really cheap price. People who work there were super nice and professional. I highly recommend this location.
