We sold our appliances because we moved and bought new appliances. They missed the appointment to come pick up our appliances three times. They also said they would make us an offer at our home. They came and said they would have to test them first and would call us back in two business days. If we didn't like their offer they would return our appliances. We called and they kept giving us the run around for over a week. Then we called and the wife/owner said she hadn't looked at it but would call us back in an hour. After no callback we called them again and thw husband/owner yelled and hung up saying we don't want anything! ! We called back and thw wife answered and said she was sorry and told us to come in. When we got there only 3 of our appliances where there and one was already sold. A fellow patron was outside and told us the deep freezer was just taken to another customer and sold. The woman lied and said she never seen our deep freezer although ot was sold and offred me $50 for a refrigerator a front load washer dryer and a deep freezer well worth in total $1500 at resale prices. When I questioned her about the freezer and someone just told me it was sold she became angry and offended me $100 and threatened me. We felt ripped off and afraid. There was also other people complaining that the parts they were sold were broken. Another couple was upset because they were mislead and sold a broken fridge. This place should not be in business. The place itself is a big dirthole and I plan to write on every place I can about this place. Also another couple was complaining thst some itens were stolen from their house while they came to repair their appliances. DON'T GO HERE BEWARE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT ETHICAL AND ARE NOT GOOD BUSINESS OWNERS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! !!!

My wife took off work early to meet the technician at our 4:30 appt. At 6:00 I called to inquire why they had not shown up and was told they would be there shortly and we did have an appt. There was no apology for the wait or much care shown that they were late. At 6:30 I call and another person answers the phone and tells me there is no appt. on record. When I told him we had an appt. and I had just called earlier he suggested that I call the technician!! When I told him I don't run the business he pledged to have the technician call me. 15 minutes went by and I called back only to be told by the man again that he does not work for the company and was just answering the phone as a favor to the owner who was "too busy" to talk with me. I told the guy how ridiculous the situation was and all he could pretty much say was he does not work for the company. I give this business a new name of Appliance of No Show and say they pretty much are the poster child for apathetic attitude towards people who showed good faith in them to either show up on time or at the very least call to let us know what was going on......they did neither.....you might want to think long and hard before calling these people and investing your time in waiting for them to think about showing up to your home.........
