Called on Saturday! She scheduled an appointment for Monday...she did state that she would call me ASAP if they couldn't come out this far! Waited and waited...finally I called them, her statement, oh, I was gonna call you...he won't come out that far! Guess you could have called me back on Saturday so I would have someone else lined up! Before you call them, call anyone else! Or you could be waiting around all day and no one show!

Great customer service, people on the phone were great and easy to understand. The technician explained how the parts worked on the washer before he repaired it, which I thought was a good perk. Fixed my washer for less than $200! 5 star service!

A1 was very polite and straight to the point from the moment I called. The technician that came out was easy to understand and friendly with my dogs, which matters to me. No surprises when he was done and no messes. Highly recommended!
