I called Wire Wizard to get a price to activate an already existing alarm system in our office building, they sent someone over to meet with us. They come with contracts in hand ready for us to sign, I was just wanting a price at that point as I am not authorized to make those decisions for the company I am employed by. The tech made a 5 minute adjustment to our alarm system while he was here so the 2 key pads will link together so they didn't have to come back if we activated. He gave me a quote by email the next day for $400 in equipment we would need for the system to do what we need it to. I told them AT THIS TIME we were not interested in making that investment and activating services. I then got a bill for $75 for the 5 mins spent to link the two key pads when they came out to GIVE ME A QUOTE. I called Wire Wizard and was told "fine, we will have them come out and un-do that they did, just rip up the invoice then" and abruptly hung up on. We will NEVER activate now! RUDE!!

It is again 4:17am and our alarm is going off falsely. Our 5 year old is AGAIN scared to death from the screeching horns and sirens. We again are wondering if maybe this time it is not a false alarm... Maybe there is an actual intruder... But we will never know... Because our alarm system has been malfunctioning since it was installed by Wire Wizard in early 2008. Ya see the above alarm sounding situation has happened at least 19 times in the year 2008. Of course we have called Wire Wizard from day one of these occurrences... But THEY DO NOT CARE. They do not return phone calls. THEY DO NOT CARE. They have received their $3000 for the alarm install, and THEY ARE DONE. No customer care after the check was cashed. Shame on Wire Wizard for knowing the situation, for knowing of the frightened children in our home, and caring-less. They have even gone as far as giving new instructions to the call center so the call center will not call the police when our alarm sounds. This way their malfunctioning system isnt annoying the cops 19 times a year any longer. Understand that this also means that THE COPS WILL NOT COME OUT EVER when the alarm goes off. Not even if there really is an intruder. We truly now have no protection. Bottom line Do your family right by not calling Wire Wizard. Dont have your little ones in therapy as we do from a reoccurring situation like the above. Wire Wizard truly is in business to collect the money, not to be apart of protecting you family after they have collected their money. John F.
