I had a remote start installed . Got it through the Groupon . Very nice and friendly guys. I was told that I had a chip in my key and needed an additional Bipass for 128$ . I paid it without any questions. after the install the sales person walked me through the functions of the controller. and said that it will do everything my original fob did. After a week I noticed that the horn would not sound when I locked the doors, and panic sound. I called was told that it is an additional 25$ for them to turn that option on. I said ok and made time to go back. on the way I stopped to make copies of my keys and guess what NO chip. I went to the shop I asked them about it. got 3 different answers from 3 different people. I am calling my credit card and going to dispute the charges.
