I called in for a service call due to some erroneous alert from our keypad. He provided excellent service. He was very courteous and very professional. He paid particular attention to our issues and concerns and made sure they were all addressed. Being in customer service oriented environment myself, if all of you are like our customer service rep I am really glad to have selected Protection 1. Thank you again for the excellent services.

We were very impressed with our first impression of the sales rep and the tech that came out to get us set up with our alarm system. Both were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The tech did a nice job of explaining the features once everything was installed. Everything went smoothly with set up and we now have peace of mind with our new system.
