What a gem in small town Nebraska! It is open M - F for brunch and evenings by reservation for private parties. Everything is scratch made and delicious. You will not find a deep fryer or fountain pop in this bistro styled business. Just wonderful, wholesome food. Corrine and her staff handled our party of over 20 without a hitch! The best Cordon Bleu I have ever tasted! There is no set menu, each day Corrine makes something new, so call ahead to see what's being served. We will make the trip again very soon!
