This company supplied a bid to one of our clients without looking at the project and it was extraordinary high for the required work. I asked the owner of this company to bid this job properly by inspecting the property based off the design that I e-mailed them, instead of shooting a high number over the phone, he got very rude and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and unbelievable that an owner would treat a prospective customer in this manner when he should be appreciative that our customer contacted him in the first place.
