I have not received a good experience at this store yet and not sure why I keep going back. Yesterday was the last draw...I went in on Friday to sighn up for more minutes and the clerk told me about a deal called the duable 3000, which means I would get 3000 min., internet service and unlimited txting for the same amount of money I was already paying. So I switched and signed a new contract to get this deal. I was not able to get the internet all week and couldn't figure out why, so I went back to the store. A different sales clerk said the plan I signed a new contract for expired on 1/18/11, and I signed the new contract on 1/21/11...he said he could give me internet for another 30.00 a month. I said no, because I SIGNED A CONTRACT IDIOT!!! He refused to help me and refused to see if customer care would help me...he was just settled with the idea of charging me more money. By the way, he also refused to let me speak to customer care!! He said they would only speak to him. So I called customer care from my phone and was able to explain the situation. Thank God customer care really care more about their customers because he was able to help me. I will go out of my and shop at a different TMobile store, even though this one is within 5 miles of my home. I would not give them a sale now if someone paid me.....thanks for letting me sit on my soap box..
