Absolute horrible company to do business with. Poor customer service. The people that work there are rude including the owners.

The service was excellent! However, their business ethics are less than desirable. We purchased carpet and had it installed upstairs. At the time, we were remodeling our entire basement but knew, at some point, the carpet in the basement should be stretched when we were done with the total remodel which would take about 6 months. So when we purchased our carpet for the upstairs, we paid ahead for them to come out at the end of our basement remodel to stretch the carpet. Fast-forward 6 months to the end of our remodel and they charged us an additional amount of money because they had to “Come back out and stretch the carpet”. Didn’t we already pay for this ahead of time with them knowing they would have to come back out at a later date? When we spoke to the billing department, she was less than hospitable speaking to us like we were trying to “steal” the service. Even the gentleman we spoke to at the Plainfield location said “we will make this right” which we still haven’t seen the correction.



The installation was flawless, the installation men were awesome and the carpet was great quality. The people that work there, however, could use some guest service and documenting skill training. I will never purchase carpet there again.
