My wife and I have lived here over 20 years and have never had any issues with this property. There are over 10 units with tenants that have been here for years. I love the staff because they are very efficient and very fair. We couldn't of found a better place!

It's not often I feel the need to recommend anything, but Hunters Ridge is near perfect place to live. I have been here about 18 years, and it would take a lot to get me to move. The staff is exceptional, the grounds are well kept and the maintenance is excellent. Quick response to any problems. In the 18 years I have been surrounded by incredible tenants. To top it all off you are close to everything and wouldn't even know it because of the residential setting. This is a hidden jewel in Plainfield.

I enjoy living in this community. It's quiet and private, yet close enough to grocery, doctors, recreation, restaurants, entertainment and more. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff here are nice and handle my concerns timely and satisfactorily. It's nice to just chill on my patio with a newspaper and coffee. I have nice neighbors and we all live here with respect for each other. It's very nice living where there isn't loud music or offensive parties going on at all hours. There are children living in the community and they are behaved and well mannered.

Hunters Ridge Apartments are one of the nicest, cleanest, reasonable priced rent and well-kept maintenance-free apartments in Plainfield. Their staff are friendly and helpful, residents well-mannered and mindful.The property is well-cared for and shows the pride of the residents. Best complex I've lived at yet! I've lived here over a year now and am continually impressed with the excellent service and support provided here.

Literally the best plan I have ever lived in Plainfield over the last seven years of residing here. The apartment complex is very beautiful and surrounded with beautiful trees. The management team is outstanding, very helpful, and always willing to assist me when in need of something. The LOCATION IS PERFECT. The apartment is located within close proximity to Metropolis where you have access to tons of restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to Franklin Park and the trails. Pricing is very reasonable and affordable for a beautiful place like this.

After living here for 3 years I'm glad to say this place has exceeded all my expectations. The management staff is fantastic, very professional, and courteous. Debra is and excellent manager. They are quick to respond to any maintenance request. The maintenance guy (Ray) is bar none the best maintenance person I have ever dealt with in an apartment complex. He is professional and courteous. He cleans up after himself and does not leave a mess. He is very knowledgeable and has exceeded my expectations every time. My wife and I feel very safe here and would recommend this place to anyone.

Usually I would never write a review but I remember when I was endlessly searching for an apartment, all the reviews helped greatly so I thought its my duty to set the record straight and give my honest opinion. First of all, the location is great because its close to the walking trails, metropolis mall and is close to the highway for easy access. The area is very safe and myself coming from out of town and having no clue of the area, I was very surprised how quiet the area is. It seems most people are working individuals and families so you wont see any obnoxious college students cranking the music up since there are no major colleges in the area which was one of my concerns. There are plenty parking spots, very quiet surroundings, and very safe. Now for the apartments itself, very clean and I have gone through the hot summer months where most of the bugs like to come out and I have had no problems with bugs except for a spider occasionally but that may be due to the fact that I am a clean freak. Have been here over 6 months, all in all a very positive experience and will probably renew unless I decide to move closer to the city.

Our move in experience has been excellent. The management staff has accommodated us well and we are very happy with our apartment and the building amenities. Our expectations were exceeded and we would recommend Hunters Ridge to our friends and family.
