A bite guard that should have taken two weeks to complete ended up taking four weeks. Then while at the appointment to obtain the bite guard I come to find out that it does not fit because the person that did the original impression did not do it correctly. So now I was going to need new impressions and to wait another 2 weeks to obtain the bite guard. During this visit I voiced that I was unhappy and upset with the situation but never once did Dr. Durell come in to talk with me. I sat there for 25 minutes waiting for them to take new impressions and finally I had had enough. I got up and asked for a refund and Dr. Durell still did not come to talk to me to apologize or ask what was going on. She sat in a glass office watching the situation and was told what was happening and she still never did a thing. The worst customer service I have ever had.

I went to Durell Family Dentistry to redeem a Groupon for Zoom! Whitening. My first impression was great. I made an appointment request online and someone emailed me back right away! Scheduling an appointment was easy and I didn't have to wait very long.I got a phone call the day before to remind me, which was especially helpful because I thought my appointment was at 8:30, not 8:00! On the morning of my appointment, I missed the turn and got lost. A very friendly woman was able to give me directions and was even willing to stay on the phone with me to guide me turn-by-turn. That is excellent customer service, in my opinion. When I arrived, the office was nice and the waiting room was spacious and had many magazines. I went back right away and Diana explained each step of the Zoom! Whitening process. She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and even brought me a blanket when I was feeling chilly! At the end of the treatment, I was able to meet Dr. Laura, who I found very friendly. Overall, I was totally satisfied with the quality of the treatment but even more pleased with the friendly and caring attitudes of the staff members. I highly recommend Durell Family Dentistry and have no reservations about doing so.

I was a new patient at this office and was wonderfully impressed. They have a beautiful facility that is up to date in its technology and patient education tools. The staff was very nice, especially the front office and the hygienist. The doctors took the time to answer all my questions and I did not feel rushed. A great experience!
