I picked this business right out of an online search and it could not have been a better find!
I have an autistic daughter that is very attached to her computer and I called Donny and he ordered a new keyboard and once the part was in Donny fixed it in a matter of hours. Try getting same day service from the geek squad…you won’t!
I was also billed a fantastic price. I’m sure it would have been double elsewhere.

I located an iMac via Craigslist from Donny. I contacted him several times concerning the particular listing. When my friend went down to pick it up, Donny gave him a unit that had a slower processor, smaller hard drive, and half the RAM. I have no doubt that he knew the computer he gave him was worth less than half that of the $200 for the unit we had discussed. When I reported the problem to him he did say he would take care of it. He then "found" the unit I was talking about, but I wanted no more dealings with him. He did give me my money back, but it cost (my friend) two trips from Bolingbrook to Plainfield and who needs the hassle.

Donny has been our family's go-to tech support for a long time. He is funny, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all things computer-related. Among the things he's done for me are replace my motherboard, get me a better router and get me a new college laptop at half price. Good prices and great service.

My workhorse laptop's charger shorted out and fried my motherboard. Donny had an immediate and perfect solution available by giving me a generous credit on my non-functional laptop against the purchase of a refurbished Dell 17" beast of a machine! I love it. It has 8 gig ram, 3 ghz processor and clear graphics. He also put the full office suite on it! All this at a price that worked within my budget. I recommend Donny whole-heartedly. He is honest, prompt and affordable. Really...this is the guy to go to. He'll always be my first call when I have a computer need.

I purchased a used iMac from Donny and it works great! I've since purchased 5 more for friends and family. And his prices are great too! Great guy to do business with.

I had the hard drive on my work computer crash...and needed to get it back up and running before my last work day or pay top market value for a relatively devalued computer.



Not to mention all my work files...



Not only was all my work recovered, I was able to get a new hard drive installed with an OS install...on time. Extra kudos for recovering a massive photo project my wife was working on...all at a super reasonable price.

Simply the best.

Donny was great! My laptop would no longer boot after a Microsoft Critical update. I use my machine daily for business, and he immediately had me bring it in for him to work on. Three hours later, he had the problem resolved and system is running great. He ensured I had the latest updates to my operating system; as well a licensed copy of MS Office reloaded to my laptop. His price to repair was excellent (far, far less than the Big Box Geek Squad) and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
