Disappointed!! Was told by the staff that if I found a pair of frames elsewhere they could order them.On the day of my appointment when I presented a staff member with a frame model that I had selected at another store she told me she would see what they could do. A few minutes later she presented me with five frame that she said were similar. I told her I had chosen frames. She stated that these were the closest to what I wanted and that they could not order the frames I selected. I felt like they pulled the old bait and switch on me. needless to say I will be going where I can get the frames that I want and not close to what I want.

I wanted to find glasses that noone else had, and this place has the best selection of frames you can't find anywhere else! Dr. Tuel is great.and so is his staff..I would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a superior clinic!
