Online order from them turned out to be one of the worst purchases I have made. I got two identical boxed and they were supposed to be random.

I took my money and went elsewhere as you might find yourself doing. I was surprised at how demeaning and subtly rude I was treated. It was barbarous the way I was assailed without provocation for for such a simple inquiry.

I have spent over $4000 in the last two months with 42 separate purchase at 7 different hobby retailers and I am glad I gave none of that money to C&S Sports and Hobby. I would much rather shop online with Omni models and get my parts in 3 days than be treated discourteously by a business owner.

This place has lost a whale of a customer because I only spend money where customers are respected and treated with dignity.
