I would like to give this service center no stars. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with Plain City Service Center. My vehicle was in this shop a total of 3 weeks while paying for a rental car. When I received the vehicle back. All the repairs were not completed. Now I have to take it to the dealership to have the repairs completed. I have always been leery of mechanics. Being a woman some do like to take advantage. I believe this is one shop you want to stay clear of.
