We are also RG parents. There is no normal communication between parents-coach-managers. Very costly, $400 - $900 a month ( depends on the level) + apparatuses ( coach makes you buy the most expensive) + competition leotards ( $200 - $600 each, and you would need at least 2 each season!) + routine choreography ( $500 each, you need 4 a season) . And after paying all that coach looks at you as if you are an empty spot! No comments on her work are allowed, girls are scared to say anything! Awful atmosphere! I wish there would be another RG team anywhere in Columbus area!!!

To be honest, my daughter loved taking a class over the summer and felt she learned a lot.
I am however very dissapointed in the lack of communication there. I initially called to get her scheduled for another class and find out what level was recommended she go in to for her next class. it took a couple phone calls and several days for the instructor to get back with me. he was very nice and answered my questions, but he did give me incorrect information about the time and day of the class. We showed up ont eh day and time I was told, only to be told that it was the following night and that the class was full.
I left a note for the instructor to call me, mostly to see where the communication breakdown was and to see what oither offerings were available. I also wanted to see if there was anyway to attend the "full" class. I never heard from him. I left another message on a voice mail for him to return my call and again, no one returned my call.
I called and spoke with someone at the front desk who basically had a "too bad for you" attitude. she had no suggestions and did not offer for the instructor to call me back. it was not even an option.

I am in the process of finding another place for my daughter to take classes. I am sorry that it did not work out here as it was very convienient as far as location and cost. I wish there was one manager type person I could have spoken with and recieved consistent and accurate information.

My daughter was a member of Integrity Rhythmic team for 4 years. Coach Anna is absolutely unable to deal with. All parents are unhappy with her coaching but there is no other RG competitive program in the area and everyone is keeping silent. After I tried to protest against coach's methods of work, my daughter was thrown out of the team without explainations, discussion. Just kicked out!!! If you want the same to happen to your child - go there!
