We have always taken our Chrysler to this carwash. Before they installed this new automatic car wash, we never had any problems. With this unit, our car was not dried on one side. Today, the entire car was still wet even after the dryer.

I took pictures. There is no one at the carwash to talk to, no phone number to call. I came home & looked up the website, called the number, and it was disconnected !

How am I supposed to get credit for these $10 car washes?
