BEST place for sushi! Great food and very friendly welcoming people. You get free fried gyoza and these incredibly delicious fried jalapeno appetizers to start, crazy good! Every roll we've tried has been so delicious and if you're not a fan of sushi there's plenty of other food like my favorite the teriyaki beef! Comes out sizzling on a cast iron platter with a bowl of rice, omg, I devour it all!! The salad dressing is the best! And the soups are great! And they finish the meal with complimentary Mochi icecream, Oh man! Always leave happy and stuffed ����

This is an excellent Japanese restaurant that ALWAYS has fresh food. Who would have thought, in Placerville, hundreds of miles from the ocean? However, don’t let that dissuade you. Shilla’s Sushi is a wonderful restaurant, just off Hwy 50, almost in Camino (Apple Hill). This is a place for everyone, from hardcore sushi eaters to regular ‘I want it cooked’ sushi or teriyaki eaters. It has a beautiful view of the canyon for couples, yet it's family friendly. Besides, it’s always fun to try and say the name three times without messing it up! This place has it’s followers, and they all have good taste.
