When I returned home after he had installed a new water heater, there was a strong smell of gas in the house. I called our propane supplier who sent out a technician. He found that the connections to the new water heater were not tight. I let Placerville Plumbing know and they agreed to pay for the service call. This was October, 2016 and they have yet to pay this bill.
