I have engaged in several real estate transactions with Mr. Clinton Sutherland. He has always been extremely thorough and professional. He kept me apprised of proceedings, step-by-step. He was very clear about the legal role of each individual involved in our transactions. I felt Clinton was very knowledgeable about the processes, and willingly shared his expertise. For one real estate transaction, I decided not to meet a final requirement, which was a request for a Subordination letter. However, Clinton strongly encouraged me to continue the process. But, I over-ruled him, and my decision stopped the deal from going forward. As far as I’m concerned, Mann Mortgage and Clinton Sutherland have been truly professional, and I will do business with them again.
