Overall, I was very happy with the service from Sarah. However, I did have an accident when I was getting ready for the massage. There is only one chair in the room and as I was getting ready for the massage, I sat on the stool that was in the room and it went out from under me. I told Sarah that I was going to report it to the front desk, however, they did not seem to care. My hand and wrist are black and blue and a report should have been filed. It could have been alot worse if I sit my head. You really need to have more than one chair in the room

This Salon is really great all around! Def. going back there in the future. No complaints at all. Very highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great cut or color!

I had a great experience at this location of the Sapphire Spa & Salon. It is very pretty & my stylist was a nice lady. I was really happy with my haircut, and I tend to be very picky when it comes to haircuts!
Very pleasant atmosphere & people.
