Mark and his staff were amazing in helping me find the perfect engagement ring. He gave me ideas and hunted for the perfect diamond to create a true masterpiece. My go-to jeweler for years to come.

Charland jewelers is the most comfortable place to shop for jewelry that I have ever been in. The staff is not commissioned so they have no motivation to try and sell you more than you really want, I had a conversation with one of the salespersons and she actually told me that she gets a bonus when a new customer asks her her name before they leave and another one if the customer sends a thank you letter after their experience. She was not asking me to do it, but I couldn't help myself anyway. That philosophy of customer satisfaction is how the employees get raises and bonuses, I thought that translated into an exceptional experience, and I was only there for a battery for my watch. I did look around and spend some time in the "new" store which is beautifully laid out and the jewelry is amazing. Next time I need anything, I am going back to Charland Jewelers. PS Thank you Jess! you did a great job
