Super Customer Service, we had Arseneau install a new high efficiency furnace and hot water on demand system. No issues, great service, very professional and friendly. We had Arseneau install a boiler in our basement. We could tell it was a really sloppy job but it worked so we lived with it. 2 years latter we renovated our basement and both of the contractors we brought in to give us prices told us the system was unsafe because it did not vent properly.They could not believe it was installed by a licensed plumber.

Our experience has been very positive. We had Arseneau add an external hot water tank to our old oil fired hot water system, then later, had them do our conversion to a super high efficiency natural gas system including the removal of the old boiler and fuel tank. We have also had them back for annual inspection and maintenance of the system. All work was done on time, for the price quoted, and in a workmanlike manner. The workers were polite, efficient, and competent. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others (and have done so).

Arsenau is constantly in trouble with customers. They threaten their customers with legal action so they will pay, right or wrong. The average customer cannot afford to bring legal action again Arseneau. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is. Shoddy work, terrible communication, questionable charges, and difficult to deal with. Do yourself a favor, look for another company, Arseneau is not worth the trouble. I've heard this from many other people. Ask around if you don't beleive me.
