These people installed a couple of windows for me in the past. They continue to call and harass me in an attempt to get me to make additional purchases. I've told them several times to stop calling me and take me off of the list. DO NOT PROVIDE ANY CONTACT INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WILL HARASS YOU RELENTLESSLY

Terrible experience with this company. I had been looking to replace 6 windows and have one window slightly widened and replaced. Steven the salesman said he would complete my estimate and get someone to give a quote on the masonry work for widening the window by the end of the week. No one ever came and I didn't hear from him. I called him the next week and he once again said someone would be there in the next few days. No one came. I called Steven back at the end of the week and he said once again someone would be there. No one showed. We went back and forth like this for a month until I called the main office and they sent someone out that day although they didn't call me back, he just showed up at my door. A few days later Steven had an estimate for me which he gave verbally to me on the phone.....not cool. Never take a verbal estimate. And on top of that he only gave me an estimate for two of the Windows. When I asked him for the estimate on the remainder of the Windows he stated he would have to come back out to the house and look at them again. It was quite clear at that point that although he had measured the other Windows he never kept the measurements for that quote. Unbelievably bad service and as a result I chose another company. Your loss windows r us and please don't use them unless you want a poor experience. There's a reason why you can't find Angie's list or home advisor reviews on them.

HORRIBLE! Stay away from this company, bad on so many levels. Salesman was dishonest, tried to add on extras that we hadn't discussed. He measured the windows and got one wrong.

Installers are absolutely awful, sloppy work, didn't put sealant in very well, left windows without sealant. They didn't show up on time, I had had to call and track them down. First time, they left sharp screws in my driveway and rags. Was told the other windows would be 10 days. I called after 3 weeks of not hearing from them, got scheduled. They rescheduled and still haven't shown up. I called them and was given the run around that they were "running late" but the girl hadn't actually talked to anyone yet, so how would she know this. Man called, obviously had no clue he was supposed to show up, so now he's coming 5 hours after the time.

One installer told me that they've had several jobs where none of the windows fit. One guy stood IN my kitchen sink, broke the glass globe over my sink, says they will bring a replacement, I am not holding my breath. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. And beware of the advertised price of $188, do your research. The sealant they used made me so sick, it smelled horrible for days. Stay away from this company. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

windows r us installed 7 windows on Dec 16 2013 great quality windows look great and no drafts price very good .Luke was awesome as salesperson and returned my calls promptly installers were experienced at their craft and respectful of my home.

Unfortunately we had a bad.experience right off the bat with this provider. Over the phone and on their website they claimed 188 per window, installed. This is unfortunately a massive bait and switch. There is no mention of the numerous additional.fees and charges. The 188 quickly turned into over 388 for low end windows. Seems like bait and switch to get their foot in the door with their initial numbers.

Windows R Us did wonderful work on my home. REQUEST SAM & RICH, they work quickly, act respectfully and kept my home neat and clean. I had 12 installed and plan on having the rest done soon.

I had 33 windows installed a few years ago with this company after being very impressed by the salesman. The product is great. The service however, isn't. We've had a few issues (The aluminum trim around the window wasn't caulked and blew off, another window cracked) and each time I have had to make several calls over several weeks to get anyone to respond. Each time I call, I leave a message with the women in the office, and then never hear anything back. You can expect to have confidence in the product... just don't expect too much of the service.

I bought 2 windows, one came in wrong, they installed it with the promise of the correct unit "soon". I've been waiting for 3 months for the replacement. They will not return my calls now.

Windows R Us recently installed 12 new windows in my home. I got 4 other estimates before I decided to give them the job. they were way lower in price than all the others. I was skeptical because of the big price difference but the estimator, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the entire process to me in language that I understood. Jeff promised me that I would have my new windows within 3 weeks and I actually had them installed on the 17th day after placing the order. The installer, Kevin, was great. They installed all 12 in one day and were actually cleaned up and gone by 3 O'clock. They look Great !! They were very respectful in my home and left no mess behind. This company is truly professional. I was dreading having this work done because I really hate renovation projects but because of these guys I am only sorry I didn't have the work done sooner. i will surely recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you jeff, kevin, and everybody at Windows "R" Us.
