Provided by YP.comLong story short. The sales associated straight up lied to us about how much more our bill would be a month. Instead of the $7 more a month we get the bill and it's $30 more. We contact the manager who told us to come in and he would be there to help. We get there to find out he had left even though he told us he would be there. I'll leave the rest of the details out but there wasn't even bad customer service, there was no customer service. Everything was returned and then they expected us to pay a service fee. A SERVICE FEE! After all that! We left with our original phone, will not return, and spoke with a representative to file an official complaint. All around bad and already looking into changing providers.
