Horrible Experience - company going down hill

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are completely unprofessional and should not be trusted with your belongings. We had a horrible experience with them and despite valid complaints, their management was completely unprofessional and couldn't care less about our concerns. I would rather move my own things next time rather than use this company. I plan on reporting them to the Attorney General's office for their activities. You've been warned.
