The trisda group is a very unfortunate agency. I ended up getting stuck with crazy roommates. they wouldn't allow me to replace myself with someone else, after a roommate moved out. Also, the house we rented was renovated, but the utilities were so expensive. We were barely even home. Gas bill at 1429 rockland ave in the winter time is over 320 and electric is about 300! Not worth it at all. They also don't pay for any utilities except trash. Not worth it, just rent an apartment.

Pretty sure Trisda Group will be on my Christmas card list this year! I have rented a beautiful single family home from them for 4 years. I moved after my residency at UPMC out of state and without their recommendation to my new landlord for my dog (Molly the Pit Bull), I would not have found housing in our new city . I am forever grateful and pleased all around with my experience, our home, and the full return of our deposit.

Had a horrible move out experience. When my roommate and I moved out (after 3 years). We made sure to clean the place from top to bottom bc of their very strict moveout instructions. We were deducted over $1300 from our security deposit. They clearly state in their lease that you will not be charged for normal wear and tear. The majority of their allegations were about "restoring the walls to move in ready"- which just means repainting them. Repainting is considered normal wear and tear after 3 years. We kept that place spotless, renters could have moved in right after us, the place looked that nice after we left. We are currently fighting the unfair charges. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT renting from this company. You will not get your security deposit back no matter how well you take care of the apartment.
