impersonal and very close to rude treatment when my wife & were shopping for bikes. though there were people working, no one greeted us when we arrived. after we were there for over ten minutes, still no help or recognition that we were even there. No one ever asked if we had any questions. when we did finally corner someone, all answers were curt & nearly rude, all the while never facing us when talking and acting as though we were in the way. I don't get it, we were the only customers inthe shop. our budget is $800 for two bikes and 'Thick' will never see a penny from us, now or latter when we are shopping for accessories.
