One of our biggest purchase regrets was an Original Mattress Factory (OMF) product. I hope this review spares you the physical pain and suffering that we experienced. The mattress is not firm – it is hard and unyielding. It has caused CONSIDERABLE discomfort on hips and shoulder pressure points. We purchased a $250 3-inch memory foam overlay to try and mitigate the hardness. Even this did not help with improve the comfort of the OMF mattress. Their commitment to customer service was as hard and unyielding as their product. After our experience, I caution you to avoid this business located on Freeport Road in Pittsburgh.
