Provided by YP.comI tried to cash a check that was drawn from this bank and the teller charged me a $10.00 fee since I didn't have an account with them. I was furious - - complete ripoff. I'll never open an account at PNC after that incident. On a positive note, the teller was sincere enough while explaining it was the bank's policy and not his.
