Absolutely terrible, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. She used way too much white paint so now I have a nice bulging bump each nail tip. Cut my skin so much that it caused me to bleed. No apology. Let acrylic gel build up under my nail and then pushed it back farther underneath with her nails instead of using remover to get rid of the excess. So painful.. Not to mention the place is really dirty too...

I just recently moved to the dormont area and i have been looking for a nail shop in my area. I read the other reviews and gave the place the benefit of the doubt. I will never go back to this place. I have been getting my nails done since i was 14 and am now 28 so i know what it looks like to get your nails done correctly and this place was not it. I wanted a specific design i brought the picture with me which was just a few leaves on my nails and she said this was not possible because it was too much work and would take too much time. she proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else to have my design done because she had another customer waitng.

I have been a customer of Nails 3000 for approximately 6 years now. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. She listens to exactly what look you are trying to accomplish; whether it be a simple polish or something more extravagant such as a holiday free style or air brush design. She is well versed in both the art of manicure and pedicure. Her prices are very competitive and she has a large selection of nail art from which to choose from. Once my nails have completed I do not need to visit the salon again for at least 3 weeks. Today I will patronize her business and ask for a special nail art design for Halloween. I have no idea what I will get but can assure you I am more than positive her finished product will not disappoint.

i hate this nail salon, even the price is so cheap, i still done want to come there again
