Going through the drive-thru at the Fort Couch Rd. McDonald's I was greeted by a friendly staff, yet there were two noticeable differences, the service was much slower on my last two visits, and check your purchase since mistakes are common these days! I also noticed at the pick-up window how dirty the place was..the pick-up window was filthy as were the counters and there was moldy looking slime running down the window side of the beverage machine in that area. Seeing this while getting my order makes me wonder what the unseen areas of this restaurant must look like! Clean up your act Micky D's or I won't be back!

What can you say about the food it's McDonalds.. With that said, however, you can say the staff at the counter on the Saturday morning that I stopped was just great, friendly, not stepping on each other and got your food to you quick and it was what I ordered. I stopped there because the staff at South Park/Bethel Park is terrible.. the food is terrible and the place is dirty... I have lived in Bethel for over 50 yrs and I can not remember the Bethel McDonalds ever being this bad.. It is a shame, it is rigth in he heart of Bethel, so if someone is coming into town for the park or a football game with kids..so much for first impression of Bethel Park and their food places... I will go to the Ft Couch McDonald's before I ever go to my at the South Park Entrance. Keep up the good work Ft. Couch RD
