Please God do not even begin to think about living under a roof that Lobos Management represents. I lived with them myself and had a horrible experience. This is nothing compared to my sister's experience...

She had black mold underneath her shower tiling and when she called ( after hours ) to have someone come out and look at it, the representative told her there was "literally nothing she could be calling about that would make an after hours technician, despite the reason, come check it out"

Not only is this a potentially deadly environment, but the lady (representative) hung up on me, claiming she would sue for "phone harassment" when I called afterwards in her stead, claiming she had already "dealt" with this issue.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for your own sake...this is not a one time issue. DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE WHERE THIS CORPORATION COLLECTS YOUR RENT. Not only will your apartment look like crap, you will be treated like it as well. There is a REASON this company has one star. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. THIS IS NOT OUT OF BITTERNESS, THIS IS BECAUSE I HAVE A BRAIN.

Properties are not taken care ...

Not good management or resident safety. I informed Lobos Management on multiple occasions of a serious safety issue to their residence and after talking to the office managers and the building owner, nothing was done to resolve this safety issue. Snow removal is joke, the parking lots are barely touched and the sidewalks are never cleared, maybe to hide the rusted metal spikes that stick up on the steps to the trolley access. I guess “Slum Lords” can exist in Bethel Park…

Made a horrible decision to apply there! This is what happened

I was interviewed for a position by the manger, (Don) at Lobos Management located on 233 Spahr Street. He was extremely unprofessional. I knew it from the beginning when he practically threw me into a room and had me wait for awhile for him to come back. He didn't even have the courtesy to shake my hand. Not only was he arrogant the entire time, but he didn't even let me speak. Every time I went to tell him about myself, he talked right over me and also made fun of me about the area I'm currently living in. Nothing discussed was Lobos related. He actually left in the middle of the interview and had me talk to one of his employees who then told me about his "bad side." When he finally came back in, he said, "Ok, we're done!" I was very offended because I've never been treated like this during an interview. I basically forced him to shake my hand as I was leaving, otherwise, he wouldn't have even made the attempt. Call me crazy, but I was taught that shaking hands is not only professional during an interview, but it is a sign of respect and it’s just common courtesy. Like I said, I am not surprised this company has a bad rating and reputation. The employee that I talked to also said they speak to angry customers DAILY. To me, that should not be happening! Good luck to anyone who is leasing from Lobos currently and to those who aren’t; I wouldn't recommend it because of my own experience with the staff! I can only imagine how they treat renters, and that's so unfortunate. It was definitely a blessing in disguise that I didn't receive the call back!!
