I called HHSDR on August 31, 2015 to inquire about when I was going to receive my 5,000.00 cashier's check back, and the woman who answered the phone interrupted me and said, "I can't hear a word you're saying." So I repeated myself. She said she would take down my number and call me back. She never called me back, so I called again the next day. She said, again, the same thing to me, interrupting me, "I can't hear a word you're saying." So I said it again. She said, "Well, we usually don't give the checks back until the bid's been awarded, but since you've been calling us, we'll send it by UPS tomorrow." And hung up on me. Apparently she knew she was going to do this and never bothered to called me back and was the most ignorant person who's ever answered a phone when I called a business.
