h square properties has within the last year purchased Cool Springs Driving

range in the south park area of pittsburgh.



this property is so poorly managed that they are steadily and permanantly

losing business. Not only is the infrastructure of the business rapidly

deteriorating, but the owners have, obviously, made a fatal mistake in running

a business.



Forget that they are looking at the bottom line. Forget that they are not paying

their vendors quickly enough-it is apparant that these people do not understand

that when you run a retail business, you must approach the business daily as

a CUSTOMER not as an owner.
