The Electrician, Jay W. was professional and experienced, and did a great job on a Sunday to resolve my problems. Would be a five review except that I feel the company prices for the services were very high.

October 2013: another baseboard heater in my older house failed over the weekend; Jay W. replaced it and did another electrical repair/replace job while he was here; as always, excellent work and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended for any/all electrical work. This is the third time he has worked on my all-electric home and I wouldn't call anyone else now.

Feb 2013: I had some plumbing upgrades and repairs done last week. One of the repairs worked fine at first, then started to cause minor trouble, so I called back. The second technician, John R., listened, took his time, found not only the first small problem and fixed that, but then also found a second problem with a defective (new) connection, and replaced that right away, saving me from a real watery crisis. I am very grateful and impressed with John R.'s knowledge and terrific customer service. And it's very nice to be heard - as a woman, I've had many experiences of being ignored or looked down upon by professionals in fields other than my own - but this week, that did not happen, and I thank Mr. John R. for that.

Excellent above and waaaay beyond service. We had Scott C come out and give us an estimate on a new water heater because the one we had had started to leak. He was on time, professional, and incredibly friendly. He really knew what he was doing and was very good at explaining the different options we had. I also enjoyed that he was very low pressure in terms of telling us the differences between the different types of water heaters...we're debating whether we want to invest in a tankless system or not and he broke down the pros and cons for us and I felt no pressure at all to buy at that time or to make the investment in a tankless system.



We also have a dog that is more than a little sensitive to strangers in uniforms and booties coming over and he was so understanding about that. He suggested he leave through the basement door as to not upset her more by going through the house. It was nice to know that he even cared about the dogs feelings when he came over. A great experience from start to finish.



We will definitely be calling Gillece back when we decide which type of water heater to get and a huge part of that has to do with Scott C.

Quick response and excellent service. Scott C. diagnosed the problem by the process of elimination and promptly made the correct repair. He is an excellent Technician and a knowledgeable and pleasant person to talk with. He is completely up front with what he thinks the problem will be and the cost of the solution. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Scott C. came to my home to unclog a sewer line. He was very professional. A talented young man. He and his company will be welcomed back to my home.

Bob P. came to my home due to the problem of my air conditioning not working. He was very professional, but also friendly. Fixed the problem in a matter of half an hour or so, explained the additional services offered by Gillece, asked if I had any questions and was then on his way. Very good service.

Fair and professional service.

The field supervisor (Clarence) and representative (James D.) visited our home this morning to quote us for a new AC unit. They were very friendly and had wonderful conversational skills. We have 2 dogs that love to make a lot of noise and commotion but the 2 gentlemen were great with them and the dogs loved their company as well. Great and honest service from these guys. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

we called @ 3:00 a.m. when our sewers backed up. Someone called us back @ 6:45 a.m. and the sewer was cleared up by noon. Chad was such an awesome representative for this company. I hope all the employees are like Chad. He quoted a price of $99 and it was $99. It was great. He also offered information on notifying someone about the damage and followed thru and by 5:00 that day, half of our basement was already cleared. I would definitely recommend this company.

We called on Friday and made an appointment for Monday between 9 and 12. Adam C. called and said he would be here within half and hour and he was. He was extremely professionl and we were charged exactly what they advertised...$99.00.

We were extremely pleased and will definitely use this company again if needed.

What a pleasant surprise. Someone to provide fast, efficient and professional service. John R. knows his plumbing. We've needed the services of a plumber serveral times and used a different company each time. No more, We will call Gillece from now on. John R. quickly diagnosed our problems and had them fixed in no time.

Fantastic service by John R. on a 31 year old fixture. The same day service was a real plus and not at all expected. It was a pleasure meeting John R. If you are in need of a plumber, he is the one.

They're available quickly when you really need them.

Mike D. came to service my furnace today. Very professional and thorough. He explained what he was doing and made sure everything was in good working order. He even taught me a few things about my furnace I didn't know. I would definately request Mike for my next service call.

Great service from Mike D. today. He came to our house to look at my humidifier on my furnace. It wasn't working and the house was getting very dry. He showed me the problem and how to fix it and what to look for in the future. He was very knowledgeable in his work. If I could ask for Mike D. every time I call Gillece----I would !

Great experience. Mike D was extremely nice and very helpful. He explained the problem and fixed it in less than half an hour. He also showed me where common problems with my model start and gave me signs to watch out for. I was very pleased with the quick and speedy service and will definitely request Mike next time!
