I was on my home from work when my car started driving poorly and multiple caution lights came up on dash. I took the next available exit from Rt 28 [ that fortunately was Sharpsburg ]. I google searched close repair shops and went to Ferra's Automotive a short distance away. I wasn't expecting the warm reception I received. But Brian and Bill took me right in. After a short diagnosis they had me back on the road and the invoice was even a few dollars cheaper than the estimate. These guys are definitely professional and well trained .I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Ferra's Automotive in Sharpsburg. I had a running problem with my car and had taken it to two different mechanics with no solution. AAA recommended Ferra's and they spent the time to properly diagnose a wiring issue and fixed my problem at a very reasonable price. What impressed me was their concern of taking care of my needs. They made an appointment that was convenient to my schedule . They even provided a ride for me to work and I was able to pick the car up after hours since I work till 7pm. I have become a steady customer for all my family's cars needs .

My daughter had an accident. I got there quickly but Ferra's was already there with my car hooked up. I told them I had AAA. They said they don't accept it. Ferra's shop is one mils from the accident. I am on Disability. They tried to charge me $400.00 for a 1 mile tow. I got them down to $250. and needed to tow the car to my house and they said they would charge AAA for that 2 block tow. Everyone is telling me how badly they lied & cheated me, especially about the AAA.

I am from out of town and was visiting the Pittsburgh Zoo recently with my children. When we went to leave our van would not start. We were connected to Ferra's Automotive Services. They responded quickly. A driver diagnosed the issue as a loose wire on the starter. He repaired it and got us going , at very reasonable fee. And did not need a tow or to rent a car or hotel room. I am very grateful. Piottsburgh people have always been helpful to us. Thank you, Ferra's !!!!

My wife and I were on the way to visit our son in Ohio and while traveling on the P.A. Turnpike our car just stopped. A State Trooper soon pulled up and called for a tow. A truck [nicer than my car] soon arrived from Ferra Automotive. The driver was very polite and efficient. He had us loaded up and on the way to their shop in Sharpsburg in short order.The mechanic diagnosed the problem as a bad alternator. And after getting our approval on a very fair estimate [I called around while deciding] the car was back on the road and we were on our way in less than 3 hours. While we waited they offered to ride us to a local restaurant for a bite. I would highly recommend this company.
