I procrastinated and came in to find my mother of the bride gown a couple of weeks before my daughter's wedding. Rebecca was very helpful and friendly and found the gown that I said yes to. She was attentive but not pushy and I appreciated that. I felt very comfortable with her. Thanks Rebecca!
My gown came in but it was the wrong size. Patia went above and beyond to make sure my the right size came in on time. I was so relieved and sincerely appreciated the great customer service. I have done business with the particular location before and I would do business again. Very professional and fantastic attitude! Thanks, Petya!

I would not recommend a David's bridal store to anyone. This one in particular we went to for bridesmaids dresses. I called, made an appointment, and we got there and they said I didnt have an appointment. They took us anyway but were very rude. After we filled out all of their paperwork, they left us standing there with no one helping us until I started complaining. Once we did pick out the perfect dresses, the proceeded to tell us they could not order them anymore! then why even have it on your racks?! We proceeded to go through a series of dress which they may or may not be able to order.

I was disgusted with the whole experience from start to finish
