Chloe Nicole's is a breakfast lunch cafe located in manchester's industrial area between beaver & metropolitian streets in bidwell's Harbor Gardens building. They are open for breakfast & lunch 7-2pm the staff was friendly &busy serving up the days specialty, the chili was awesome served in a bread bowl the chicken fingers were moist and tender and potato bacon cheese soup just right. The place is clean and was quite busy with folks from the offices as well as people coming in from other areas outside the building, for owner Carla's delicious food. Did I mention the awesome chili? Carla is a sweet friendly woman who knew exactly what we were looking for. while we waited we talked with locals who raved about her food.
