Felt like he was too busy to really listen to my concerns. The clerical (support) staff is mostly awful, although a few are nice. My background is all in administrative work and I have worked in doctor's offices as well, so I don't have any tolerance for incompetence in this area. That said, there are definitely good doctors here as well. I had the good fortune to meet with a "substitute" when Dr. Adams was sick and he was absolutely amazing. Basically, if you choose this practice, it might take some trial and error to find the right doctor.
