Provided by YP.comI took my parents here to celebrate my mothers birthday! I talked to the hostess about our plans for my mother to make the dinner a little more special ,she then said she is most definetely going to relay the message to my waitress. Unfortunately that never happened........waited...waited NOTHING. and what was offensive was that my waitress talked to my father like he was mentally retarded or 85 years old! RIDICULOUS!!! So surpising! My father is 58 years and old and looks great! He has a hearing problem and our waitress seemed to be very VERY frustrated with him it was terrible!
I am so disapointed and offended I am never going back. If your going to be in the service industry be more polite and courteous of others, otherwise it's extremely disapointing. Especially to people who travel to see family and want to enjoy a great experience.
