Decided to stop in as I saw that they had a sign that they accepted competitors coupons. Saved me a trip elsewhere. I was then told they only discount up to $3 off..... ah, that's NOT what the sign says. Decided to stay as it benefited my schedule. After about a 15 min wait, I was led to a chair. Hair from the previous customer all around and on the chair too. She wiped it away with her hand.... g r e a t start..... and then 1/2 way thru my cut she excused herself to put neutralizer on a perm and left me sitting there. I usually tip well- especially on a coupon - but I didn't get a good feel on my cut and was happy to leave. And I was right.. when I got home, my hair was all choppy and uneven on the sides. I could have done better I think. Heading out tomorrow for a repair - though it will be shorter than I want, but I'm not keeping this cut for long.

BEWARE: The manager routinely overcharges for hair services. I took my two little girls in to have their hair curled for their First Holy Communion. The manager was very rough with one of my girl's and complained about her workload continuously to the hairdresser at the next station. My daughter was very uncomfortable. The manager did a terrible job on my daughter's hair and then charged me for adult up-do's for both girls. The bill was $140.00!!!! My girls have hair just below the shoulder and neither girl has thick hair. Neither girl received an up-do. After telling my story to many people, I have discovered that the manager routinely charges more when the salon is crowded. I just wish I had been told me before I made an appointment. I would have been better off going to an upscale salon!! If you are looking to save money, go somewhere else!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
