They were quick to respond to my requests and very informative during their routine upkeep. I had noticed an increase in insects after doing to yard work near the front of my house. Jeremy Bottoms was our Technician. Jeremy took the time to listen to our concerns about the different types of insects we are seeing in and outside of our home. He was very courteous and took extra precautions while spraying around the inside of our home, with a busy household of 2 children and 2 dogs. Jeremy also fully explained what treatments he used both prior to and after his service. We are looking forward to a insect free home.

I was made aware of this company by a family member that had an ant problems, such as I did. I was advised that the initial treatment was a $99 special depending on the results, then I would either agree and sign a contract or not sign because I did not want the service. After the initial treatment, I noticed ants in the home, as well as other insects which I was advised by the technician that I should not see any bugs. I called the next day and advised. A tech was sent back out 5 weeks later, with no notice and her demanded payment. I told him that I was not happy with service and he said if you don't want the service, then I have to pay the full price for the trial service. the tech left. Another came about a week later, again, no notice. He asked for payment, I refused. The second tech advised that they do not use the 'strong stuff' unless you complain. I was harassed and provided inaccurate information. Told them I should not have to pay for a service that I do not want and did not have. They continued to harass. I told them I was going to file a complaint. I would make payments, but I should not have to. When I told the person that I spoke with last, woman, about the less stronger chemical used, she said that he was fired.
