I do not have the time to count how many times I have rented vehicles from this National location. Let's just say enough times to maintain an executive elite status for many years. This is a great group of people providing a fabulous service with excellent vehicles in both choice and quality. The Emerald Aisle staff is without a doubt the most helpful in the car rental industry. KUDO's to all!



I just noticed this is for ALAMO. For whatever reason, this has been re-routed to this comment page. My comments are for the National Car Rental Oittsburgh International Airport location. Not an Alamo renter.

Rented a car from them to drive one way home from Pittsburgh airport. I was in a hurry and didn't check the car for damages (who does anyway when renting a car?). Upon arriving at my drop off location, I was blamed for small damages to the car that I didn't make. Lesson learned: Check your rental before leaving to have proof of the condition. 1 star rating for dishonest people an that location.

Great rental experience with the folks at the counter in Pittsburgh, very friendly and professional. the van was a great option, loaded and very nice. the only glitch in the whole rental was the cord for the GPS did not work so I had to purchase one, other than that great rental!
