I bought a brand new AC and furnace a while back from a comfort service. At the time when the company installed the furnace, the sales guy M told me he will offer me a free filter and one free tune up after the installation. But when I called them recently for the free tune up, the owner and sales guy told me that they did not said that before. They are very unhonorable business – please avoid with all cost. There is also a funny story about the sales guy. One morning he visited my house. (I forgot why?) He just opened my front door without knocking. I forgot to lock the front door the night before and my alarm system made a really loud noise and woke us up. Who on the earth do that? I had to buy a new smart lock because of the incident so that I can get notification every time the door is unlock for too long. When I tried to talk to them to figure out solution. The owner encouraged me to leave a negative feedback on internet. I normally don’t leave reviews, especially bad reviews, but if this is suggested by the owner, I should honor his ask even though he doesn’t honor his promise to me.

i had hesitated to call anyone for a few days because I knew the fix was going to be easy. However I decided to go ahead and have a professional take a look anyways. They told me the minimum price upfront and I should have said no which is why I gave the 3 stars. The furnace fired right up when he got there and nothing was needed. I felt like a idiot but still had to pay over $200. I know no one works for free but I live less than a mile away and it took less than 15 min and no work was needed. I'm literally having a hard time sleeping right now for wasting the money. I can understand the $90 for showing up, but charging me 142 for diagnostics when it fired right up without them doing anything has me fired up.

We had annual inspection performed by A-Comfort. They were extremely professional and a delight to work with. As a result of the inspection, A-Comfort offered to provide us with a new and improved air-cleaning system. They returned to our home for the installation and throughout the entire process, maintained an extremely professional and personable demeanor. We are extremely appreciative of the hard work and pleasant attitude. We would like to extend our thanks to A-Comfort for the new air-cleaning unit and their excellent Customer Service.

Your tech was extremely courteous, professional, technically competent and more than willing to answer the large number of questions and concerns that I had. I too am in the service industry and understand the customer's needs and it is very pleasing when I am treated in the same way that I treat my own industrial customers.

Because of having asthma, workers stayed to insure air was working. They worked long hours to accommodate the situation. They were outstanding and would definitely be recommended to others. Very pleased.

I am 100% satisfied with the work performed at my home. Thank you to Frank, Mike, Dave, Phil, Chuck and Ty.

A Comfort Service came to look at our furnace that stopped running some weeks ago. They tried their best to tell us it could not be fixed and needed replaced new for thousands of dollars! Almost would not take NO for an answer---awful experience, could not wait to get them out of my house! Another company was able to come the same day and replace a bad part!

A Comfort tried to soak us for a new furnace 2 weeks before Christmas. I hired another company who replaced a part for a few hundred dollars---NOT the THOUSANDS they were trying to rip me off for!

A Comfort Service----If I could give NO stars I would......... My experience was with unprofessional people, who did not seem to have a grasp of what “service” or “professional” mean. It is truly hard to view A Comfort Service as anything more than a 2nd rate company that charges top rate prices!

Sly rip-off operators. Bait and switch at its finest! Grossly over charge. Charged us $1500 for a sink fawset set which you can buy anywhere for $150. Also gave us an estimate for further work which included $270 for 3 feet of PVC piping that you can buy at Home Depot for $6 per 10 feet. Stay away from them.
