I was more than dissatisfied with 412 Motoring. On Wednesday, December 29th I had an appointment to get a remote car starter installed at 2pm. I had planned on using a groupon for the service ($119). I was told that the service would take 3 hours. When 5pm rolled around and I hadn't heard from anyone, I decided to walk back to 412 Motoring, assuming my car would be done in the near future since they close at 7pm. Unfortunately, they weren't done working on my car until 9:45pm that night. Further, I was charged an extra $117 (this did include a tip)--more than what I was quoted via their marketing on Groupon. When I went to leave, I asked for my spare key...turns out that the other mechanic took my spare key home. And to top off the whole experience, the remote car starter stopped working two-days after of receiving the service. I called 412 Motoring on January 3rd (left a message) and again on January 4th and asked to speak with the manager or owner. The receptionist refused to give me his/her contact information. I would like to speak with the owner/manager and ask for a refund...or at least voice my grievance. While Mark, the mechanic responsible for installing all remote car starters at 412 Motoring, was kind and seemed to be overworked, but I do not appreciate the obviously horrible service.

Thanks so much for making the chore of going to a garage painless! Oh and the waiting room is immaculately clean.

I bought a groupon for a car starter from them, the guy who did it was SO friendly and easy to deal with. He let me pick my car up literally as they were closing and still took the time out to show me how everything works. I'll definitely be going back when I decide to get my remote upgraded to a smart phone starter :) Thank you!!

I had gotten a automatic car starter given to me as a gift two years ago. It was put in by 412. I had horrible luck with it the entire time I owned it so I called them to have it removed. They took a look and showed me how to properly use it and updated it for me at no charge. The office was cleaner than most peoples houses. The steeler memerablia was impressive. And Mark was just awesome. He took the time to address my concerns. This was the shop on Penn Ave.

Just want to say thank you to Korey . The whole process of searching to purchase was made so simple with Korey's professional assistance . In the future any and all of my car purchases with start and end with 412 Motoring .I now know that g. oing anywhere else would simple be waste of my time he has nationwide access to the best vechicles in America no matter what your choice maybe . The Audi A6 that Korey got for me is awesome and I am completely satisfied . In the future my car shopping will start and end at 412 motoring . Thanks again Korey

the best place ever.. evrything is professional, and you get treated like a family member! i got my expection and my rims there! i really think you should try them. If i liked them so would you!
