Bad customer service,no show,cancels job on the same day,u can't reach them and they never call back.shity people

I have my concerns and after reading these two reviews I am very concerned. I have been waiting since June for my installation and there are never any follow up calls I always have to call them! If I am not happy with the work after installation you and they will hear from me. At this moment I am unhappy customer!

If you want a good job & happy neighbors - DON'T GO TO The Marble Shop





I was working derectly with the owner, and he wasn't very pleasant, I tiopld myself maybe it's just his personality, so i gave him a chance, what a huge mistake that was.



1) Owner went to the wrong house and subswequently ran over my neighbors retaining wall, he agreed to come back that night and make the repair, he never showed. I fix the retaining to keep the peace with my neighbor.



2) The amount he and i agreed to was one price after the job was complete he uped the price, there were no changes to the job it was exactly the same as what we had agreed on.



3) I asked why he didn't come back to repair my neighbors retaining wall, he said he forgot, what a joke.



4) After the installer finished the job, he left a pertty good size chip on the outside edge of my shower.



5) I was handed an invoice that was more that the agreed amount, I wrote juan a check for the original amout we had agree on, less the money to repair my neighbors retaining wall, he was very agry, the very next day I receive a letter threatening to place a lein on my property.



6) They haven,t yet replace the crack panel they put in my shower.



What a nightmare....!
